Supposed to meet Wende who planned to come see me in Japan, but we didn't have a plan on when/where/how to meet. She had left a message on my phone saying the had arrived at the airport the previous night at 8:30.

I went to the amusement park as planned and one of the rollercoasters was being transitioned from a normal coaster to a suspended gondola to go wooshing around the park on an oval set of cables.

Ma arrived and I introduced her to my friends, including the woman in LotR who killed that wyrm dragon thing and the undead knight rider.

Woke up before I saw Wende.

Moving day

Now I can say that most of my stuff is in my new apartment. Super special thanks to Yuuko for her car and mad driving skills (and good humor through getting lost repeatedly in this zoo of small one way streets haphazardly blocked by signs enforcing foot traffics' right of way and bisected abruptly by a street level train line with trains each direction every 4 or 5 minutes).

Earlier today she took me to a store where I bought a thick mattress that folds into a chair and a three drawer plastic chest of drawers. We took that load to my apartment and got a picture of me in the zipper bag posing as a new robot.
