Entries this day: Lunch Numb_port_orientation Party_in_Namihei Two_lessons Typhoony_super_stormy Lunch lunchtime pm ANAST Saturday 27 August 2005 Katt and I are at lunch outside on Yacht Club. The weather is nice, and the waves are really slow and long, so the boat rocking is as well. permalinkNumb port orientation almost 3pm ANAST Saturday 27 August 2005 We're this fucked up lame Tokyo port orientation and we have to be all dressed up and come up on stage to say bye to all the passengers and I'm like, "ugh" cause it sucks. 4:01pm ANAST Saturday 27 August 2005 This is being written in Dvorak layout. I am getting faster. permalinkParty in Namihei 10:45pm ANAST Saturday 27 August 2005 It's raining pretty effectively outside. Pretty fun. We just had a party up in Namihei. At one point Kris was like, "say something for the camera!" and I ran up to it all "rar!" and started biting her neck. She was all, "no eating Kris!" but it was too late. permalinkTwo lessons 11pm ANAST Saturday 27 August 2005 I learned two lessons today. I had a Kamau CD listening party, trying to sell the remaining CDs I have of his. Only Hitomi showed up. Don't just haphazardly buy CDs and expect people to pay me back for them. Should have asked exactly who wanted them. I donated 1000 yen (to Audrey) to help pay for the GET Namihei party, and I expected Audrey would be all, "hey guys; Rob gave 1000 yen!" but she did not. I guess if I had this expectation she would say that, then it wasn't given as a true gift. permalinkTyphoony super stormy 11:27pm ANAST Saturday 27 August 2005 The wind is realllly powerful; I've got my recorder inside a plastic bag to protect it from the rain. It's really cool and really amazing; the wind is crazy hard and huge waves and the rain is painfully peltingly stinging anything that ventures beyond the protective walls. Katt and I spent a great deal of time above the Yacht Club, screaming into the wind and being pelted by the rain on the port side. The starboard side was basically not windy at all. We screeched like Cartman from Southpark. After about 15 minutes, we were spotted by a guy wearing a parka-looking coat and flashlight. He asked us to get off the top deck and into the boat where it's safer. 11:45pm MAGST Saturday 27 August 2005 We've had to stop burning CDs because the ship is so tipsy that it's causing the CD players to have errors during the write process. These are for the yearbook and English lesson CDs. permalinkprev day next day |
