Wow! I answered one their latest question on a whim and pretty immediately received a response from a human, who not only got my response, but read my website and asked if I would like to .... I can't remember how he put it..

We are always looking for people to tape questions remotely, and then send
us the footage to use...

Basically, Rachel would  introduce you from LA, we'd then cut to you for
your question, and then she'd pick it up from there for the rest...

It's not super amazing to find a job in Tokyo, but just the fact that I made the first step toward regaining gainful employment is noteworthy.

Damn. I'm kinda bummed because I can't seem to get images working at all. It won't do what it did before Bali, and I can't seem to find what I changed or anything. Slightly less enthusiastic about this project, but I sure would hate to let it falter completely.

Earlier today I decided to dispense with the admin-portion that will automagically create the tables. Just do that in mySQL... but I can't get anything to work. Crap crap crap.
