Wins:

Feeling some joy about getting back into Japanese studies.  I have two teachers per week, and
practice on an ad hoc basis.

Feeling joy about MKP I-group activity in Tokyo.  I am the point person for communication as we set
up a GUTS training and Emotional Mastery training led by Steve Kushner in January

Feeling joy around clear communication with a woman I am dating.  There are a few issues I'd like to
just talk about, if not actually do anything.

Feeling joy at having just gotten paid a significant paycheck for the first time in 18 months.
(since I started traveling in April 2005)

Issues:

Feeling some fear as I read more and more about the US Govt and its policies regarding oil
consumption

Feeling some sadness as I late dating and internetting take up all my time (away from studying
Japanese)

Had a good lesson today, but I'm too tired to write much about it now. I hope someone asks me how old I am tomorrow. 13350. Aw yeah.

Worked on games for Tariq, basically cut and pasted paper and glue and pen and made some semi-decent looking paper versions of the games. Nothing to write home about, but it was fun to be like a kid again. Went to Shibuya to try and scam free copies from work, but Reiko was like, "no" so went to Kinko's and got copies then to Royal Host to chow and work more on the pages until I got tired and came home.

Worked a bit more at home and now it's bedtime.

Went to the US to see Fred, and happened to see Miki there on her way to see her boyfriend. I had to get off the train; I was too jealous to see them together. She got off the train with me and asked if I was okay. I broke down and cried, telling her I was so jealous of her being with the other guy, even though we had nothing official together. We started kissing and strangely she was asleep and Fred was there and people could see that I was kissing Miki, but Fred wouldn't close the blind on the door.

Fred called his advisor who lived in Japan, telling him in Japanese where I wanted to go, citing places I have already been. I was translating to English what Fred was saying, and then told Fred that he seemed to have forgotten I've been in Japan for a while, and I've seen all those places. He was like, "ah" and cancelled the phone call with his advisor.

We jumped in the car to see his advisor and had only 6 minutes to get into Japan, but it turned out we weren't actually going to Japan tonight, so we had time. Went down into the parking garage and Fred was driving Scott, my old car, but I woke up before he got it started.
