Tariq came over this morning and seemed pretty happy with the progress on the game. We implemented a few more points and Fred scoped it out, providing some feedback, one point of which I agree needs to be corrected. I hadn't noticed it before.

There's still hella work to be done, but we're plugging through it. I'll be putting together another game that we were debating this morning how it should look. We ended up simplifying it programatically, to the point that the game play is nearly the same as the current game, but using images instead of objects.

and by images and objects, I mean something else.

Headed to work now, with power supply, mouse, keyboard, and rabbit in my backpack.

Need to send out a Rob Update soon. Hmmm.

Global warming

Just for the record:

On Tuesday 26 December 2006, Tokyo rained torrentially all day.

On Wednesday 27 December 2006, Tokyo was hella warm.

Thursday 28 December 2006, Tokyo is warm with rather large gusts of wind.

Work

Silly brain.

Masako smokes, but she's really cute; my brain is captivated by her cute nose, cute short hair, cute smile, and today, cute sweater that wasn't even a full sweater (basically just sleeves and half-back).

Talked to the artist currently known as Zen for an hour. He enjoyed checking out my marble track. Sachiyo has stated that she *only* wants to take my lessons. Basically the same for Ami, Naoki, Koji, and Miyoki.

Our boss is a poor manager. I think it basically stems from him not trusting anyone. After two employees were out at the same time, he basically accused them of going out together. But didn't do anything like, ask them. One of the two has quit over it. I thought about quitting, but officially I don't know. And I rarely have to see him, much less deal with him, and I like 90% of my students, so it's all good.

Been working on the game for some hours, a lot of which included chatting with Tariq in the background. We've basically gotten the one game finished, including sound effects and background music. Need to have some losing music though.

I'm tired. bedtime.

Meeting him tomorrow online at 8:30am.

And by tomorrow, I mean today, in 6 hours.
