Pouring down rain as Jesse and I were with another friend in an underground restaurnat and needed to get to another restarant across the way, but he didn't want to get wet, but then when we went outside, he and his friend decided to rll down the hill and got soppingly soaked, while I walked across to the other restaurant nd stayed clean.

On our way out the exit, there were some salarymen all stopped, frozen with indecision on whether to go outside or not; they were blocking the exit and really annoying.

Work

Hour break starting 2 minutes ago. Just had 60 min, then 40 min, then 20 min lesson. First was with The Super Computer Guy, who can understand things better if we write them down. He told me his concerns about using the word "pi" to mean anything but pie, and the sound "e" to mean anything other than e or E. I assured him that the context would clearly explain the meaning.

I calculated pi.

I counted pies.

I ate pie.

Pi is not 8.

I ate 3.14 pies.

The next two students were new to me. Talked about PB wih the first, and my shoulder with each of them. The second is an orthopedic nurse; she said I was lucky to have had such minimal damage, plus full recovery.

Ugh.

I've been basically rotting in front of my computer being endlessly distracted from my planned task of working on the flash game. On the good side, my spending plan is up to date, I've installed Boic software which is busily doing SETI@home and Einstein@home, and waiting for LHC@home to have some data.

Also chatted with Dave who I met in Jerusalem.

And that's about it.
