9:37am JST Thursday 1 March 2007 (day 13490)

I don't actually know if you will receive this before our lesson,

BUT

However

I wonder if you can print this document for me?

Pretty pretty please? With s_g_r on top?

http://www.golloyds.com/pdf/RemitAcctAp3.pdf

It's five pages long, so if that's too many, just pages 2 and 3 would be great!

  Thanks!

Meeting with Tariq today. He said we should put on our game faces. I didn't actually know what he meant by that. But basically: get ready to work.

Dang. haven't we been working already?

Sakurashinmachi mada

10:24am JST Thursday 1 March 2007 (day 13490)

There's an entry for Sakurashinmachi station on Wikipedia, but it's just a stub. Right about now, the station is undergoing construction, including new escalators and fire doors. Part of me would like to update the entry with pics from this construction.

The rest of me is busy with other things.

I saw some bars on the ceiling which look like tracks designed to hold a hanging curtain, but they were attached all shoddily. I asked a guy in Japanese what they were, and he answered in English, "pardon?" and then explained they are simply to hold the temporary plastic ceiling in place.

Ah.

What's the belief that drives this reaction? Is it accurate? authentic?

From where did I get this belief? Consciously "give" the belief back if possible.

Reprogram the topic with my new, consciously chosen belief.

  1. contain the emotion

  2. breathe and find the emotion in my body

  3. internally feel the emotion

  4. thankfully connect with my angels

  5. choose my response

  6. what is my part of the situation that caused my anger

  7. make amends and/or forgiveness around my part

  8. look at a possibility that I need to change

  9. clear with the other person if appropriate

  10. what have I learned from this situation?

  11. how will I and my actions be different from now on?

The result is alchemy: I change and grow positively as a result of the situation, so I'm actually better off than I would be had it not happened.
