I don't remember details from the beginning..

At the top of the building, some of my friends wanted to play a joke on Chiemi, by putting her dog in some sort of jello (ballistics gel from Mythbusters). We put the dog in a bucket, and put water in it. At first, the water stayed on top of the dog, and kept him from breathing, but I adjusted him a bit so the water sloshed to the bottom and the dog could breathe. The gel powder was sifted in, and the dog began to slip onto its butt/back, and I kept lifting it back up to its feet.

Long day at work

Except for Akiko and Mari and Chika, today has been a really long day at EV.

No one has been doing homework... just reading reading reading the book with little or no comprehension, asking me the meaning of words instead of having looked them up for homework already.

I wanted to bite Akiko (in a good way), but I'm pretty sure that would be inappropriate. She's just so beautiful.

Wow. Saw Naori as I was leaving-half-running for the train, but was happy to talk to her for a second. She was at the school to make a reservation and not actually take a lesson, and then going to dinner with her friends in Kichijoi, so didn't get much of a chance to chat with her.

Told her she was too young to be going out drinking and that she should be home with her mommy. She was like, "what?? You're too young!"

"I act young, but I'm not actually young; there's a big difference."

"Me too," she assured me.

"Okay, you're not young; you're old."x

"Hey!"

Last lesson was fun with Yukari reading my dreams from back in the day. Some stuff about Danny Glover and Carrie getting married. Wowza!

I've officially started my first painting for 2007.

So far, I've unwrapped the canvas and taken a picture of it.

Next, the paints.

I worked for about 1.75 hours. Interestingly, I wrote 2007 April 28 for the date on the edge of the canvas instead of 29 for the date. Ah well.

So far I have used yellow, burnt yellow, a pink-red color, and white.

After I took a picture of my work so far, Michael asked why I didn't take a pic of each stroke, and then compile them into a video. Good question.

Cool. I just logged into my gmail account via my new phone.

It offered to let me download an app, but my phone didn't like the app they offered. Ah well.
