I live in a warm, wet, safe place; I help people on a one-to-one basis; I know Japanese, some Mandarin, and I'm a psychologist; I am a happy man; I have finished my website update ability and images. permalinkJust get married 1:36pm JST Tuesday 1 May 2007 (day 13551) An interesting phenomenon on my mind/spirit (it feels bigger than just me and my emotions running around) after watching several vids that further prove to me that alien contact with earth is plentiful, the US government is hiding a lot, and our petty bickerings are ridiculous: I should just get married and get on with my life. Why not Yurika? "You should get married; it's fun!" smiled Amy, way back in the day at Mission Burritos. At that time I was like, I would, if I could get married to you. Then Sally, janette, Abbey, Aiko.. When will I just get on and do it? permalinkSatomi 4:05pm JST Tuesday 1 May 2007 (day 13551) Interesting lesson with Satomi. She's pretty low, and didn't do homework, but she's pretty genki and funny.. I had her read a section, and then covered part of it up so she could produce some language on her own, and cracked out some pudding for a snack and she was like, 「あっ」in a way that seemed like she wanted some, so each time she improved her performance, I gave her a bite of pudding. It was a bit of a turn on for me, and therefore I'm sure super inappropriate, but meh, I was going to be bored in the lesson otherwise. The way she learned some English, got some pudding, and I stayed awake. permalinkYurika 7:00pm JST Tuesday 1 May 2007 (day 13551) Rie, one of my favorite students, and "my little sister" at work, cancelled her 60 minute lesson with me today. The lesson was nestled between two 20 minute breaks, so that gae me a full 1.6 hours to run around, just as Yurika was getting off work. I figured, if I'm in love, I might as well make the most of it. So I headed to her work and emailed her a picture of a clock near her work, with the question 「忙しい?」 are you busy? She called me back, and informed me that she was, in fact, busy, but happened to be within 20 meters of where I was standing. We said HI for a bit before the rest of her coworkers came down and they headed to dinner. Once they all arrived, I bade them a good dinner and headed back to work. permalinkami 7:33pm JST Tuesday 1 May 2007 (day 13551) Ami is my last student scheduled for today. 80 minutes from 8:40 to 10pm. I considered calling her and asking her to cancel, and I would meet her outside of work, chat outside for 80 minutes instead of inside. But I couldn't really sell the point that she should go up toward Nakano with me; that's the opposite direction than she needs to go. Oh, and I don't have her phone number anymore after losing my phone last time. Then, the receptionist (the president of the company, as Reiko is gone for the week) told me Ami cancelled. Whoohoo! I mean, D'oh! I like Ami! Right now I'm 4 minutes from a no-show on my current student, which just leaves Natsuki 大好きas my last student. She's loud and a little crazy (like me), but sometimes I think it would be fun to go out with her. permalinkprev day next day |
