Part of the issue was having skipped some CD exercises and jumping to the end. Perhaps I'll go back and do those others. permalinkState of My Life 10:38am JST Friday 1 June 2007 (day 13582) State of My Life Address
bus to Ami lunch 11:45am JST Friday 1 June 2007 (day 13582) This is the first time I've taken the bus from Shibuya to Roppongi. Always taken the train before this. I generally like the trains better because I imagine them to be more likely on schedule, since they usually have their own uninterrupted paths on which to run. Plus there's a bit of a psychological factor: a bus can literally go anywhere; perhaps the driver will make a wrong turn and end up in France or something. A wrong turn on a train would take a more concerted effort by more than one person. permalinklunch with Ami 1:44pm JST Friday 1 June 2007 (day 13582) Chowed a variety of homemade and purchased items, then headed to ドンキ, where she wanted to buy a はんこ. They didn't have the exact kanji she wanted, but same pronunciation, so she went with it. Wandered around a bit; that is the biggest ドンキ I've seen! It's like a condensed Wal*Mart of everything one would want except groceries, though they do have candy type stuff. Ami saw the latest and greatest Beyonce CD/DVD combo pack, and expressed interest. I knew she likes Beyonce, so I offered to split the price with her. (Wow; what a great offer, yeah?) She accepted and we plan to scope it on Saturday. Looked over at a different part of the DVD section and was a bit surprised to see some T-n-A, and we commented a bit on who may or may not have seen what or whatnot. "I'll show you next time, if you want." "Okay." permalinkshogo ultimate 5:36pm JST Friday 1 June 2007 (day 13582) At work now, getting Shogo's email address. He may come to ultimate. permalinksleepin Ami 9:01am JST Saturday 2 June 2007 (day 13583) Nice. We watched the ビヨンセ DVD and I invited/convinced her to bunk out as the DVD finished after her last train. Cuddly all night and maintained our boundaries. Noticed a bit of an issue with communication, but it was mostly due to me not being able to communicate when I wanted her to read my mind. Hmmm. Really enjoyed watching her sleeping face. ![]() prev day next day |
