Lunch with Ami

Just finished lovely morning with Ami at our park near Hiroo (sounds like "he row"), where a crow stole the bag of ume boshi (sour plums) I had bought for Ami. She had eaten one, but the rest are destined to be distributed by natural randomization.

Mostly just sat and watched the world around us, and played the seven game a few times in English.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, clap!

up to 49 and then 42.

Generally very happy with the situation at present, and no particular reason for that to change.

Marble track

Thinkin' about my marble track: yesterday Virgina brought up the very good point that our boss might throw it away during the process of moving our school this weekend, so I need to devise a way to get it safely home.

He might throw it away because he's a non-listening short-sighted bumbling old man. I don't trust him because he lied to me on the first day we met, and he never listens nor remembers anything spoken to him. At least not spoken by me.

Anyway, Virginia's thoughts are well-heard, so I'll probably bring the marble track home tonight or so.

*Barely* worked on the video, but got stuck on not knowing some kanji. I'll ask Ami tonight, perhaps. Read some /. articles and now am headed to work.
