Created a calendar for Operation F.R.E.D.

10:09am JST Thursday 28 June 2007 (day 13609)

BCC: "ailesdange@aol.com" <ailesdange@aol.com>, Kim Sawyer <kimsawyer@thewealthsource.com>, Marcel Guerin <marcel.guerin@gmail.com>, Molly smith <mollyknierysmith@hotmail.com>, Suzanne Sutherland <ssutherland@hmh.org>, Veronica Spellings <vspellings@gmail.com>

HI!

Thank you for being a key agent in my super-secret plan to visit the US!

There are a few interesting news items:

1) My initial plan to surprise Fred has been confounded because he
will be out of town when I arrive in Austin. D'oh! But I can still
surprise my dad, Dude, and my mom.

2) During my trip, my girlfriend Ami will come for a week! (2 - 7 August)

The above two items each give a good reason for another trip between
Austin and Houston (so I can see (surprise?) Fred, and so Ami can meet
Fred and my mom.)

I have written up the plans in a secret calendar on Google Calendars.

That was more interesting.. I felt some vibrations when I asked to be lifted. Could more easily visualize myself being lifted. Fell asleep toward the end.

9:46pm JST Thursday 28 June 2007 (day 13609)

Work was pretty easy today; only like 6 students, and most of them had a plan of sorts before coming into the lesson. The one girl who didn't was pretty keen just to listen to about whatever I wanted to talk about, so that was fine.

Coaching session with Kim was good; he went back through the history of his notes with me and we compiled a list of action items that had fallen through the cracks in conversation. Most notable so far: how am I spiritual with money? i.e. how do I let my higher spirit guide my spending of money?

If we think of money as a necessary evil, then why should it come to us? Who wants evil in their lives?

Think of money in a postive light, so it may flow into your life.

5:31am JST Friday 29 June 2007 (day 13610)

oops.

5:46am JST Friday 29 June 2007 (day 13610)

(okay, I just hung my laundry)

Here's what I remember:

My left leg was feeling strange, like what I was told were "growing pains" when I was little. I normally had that experience after having played hard in a day. Now when it happens, it's usually with both legs (therefore strange to have it with just one), and I usually just get up and walk around a bit or otherwise exercise my muscles to get rid of it.

I disallowed myself from getting up last night, but I did shift my leg around a couple of times, and it felt better with a slightly different position (less outward rotation).

I still made it to Focus 10 by the time the guy mentioned Focus 10, and then I did Focus 12 pretty consciously, but began to lose consciousness by the time we were inviting guides to help lift, lift, lift, zzzzzzzz

I had been planning to use the exercise as an alarm clock of sorts. I wanted to hang up my laundry last night, soon after the exercise, so it could be nearly dry by now.

I totally fell asleep, and only noticed what had happened because I wasn't wearing my mouthguard when I woke up.

??? why am I not wearing my mouthguard ???

Ooohh... I fell asleep unplannedfully last night.

D'oh!
