I'm glad you like it!

I will write the one sentence description a little later...  I don't
want it to be linked yet, it's not quite user-friendly enough for mass
consumption.   I'm hoping I can get it finished up in a couple days.

I don't have a free account, but I have 20 more days on my (recently
extended) trial.

On a whim inspired by Mister The Bibbster, I just joined the National Blog Posting Month hosted on ning.com.

Not sure if I can not make the challenge of writing an entry every day, but I know it will be difficult for me to use the word "blog" in relation to what I do here. I don't write in my blog every day, but I do write in my journal every day. And I have been since before blog was a word.

You kids, get off my lawn!

Okay, stop!

Well, I got sidetracked because the test server moved to a new location, and for some reason when I updated my bookmarks, *all* my bookmarks disappeared from my bookmark toolbar. They were still visible via menu, but not on the toolbar. I copied them all from the menu to the toolbar and they came back.

Only one problem with stopping now: the code doesn't seem to be working!

Hells yeah. Got some good shit done at work. Added a private function to a class to make it go. I'm getting better at PHP.. basically same programming as any modern language; it's just learning the functions they have available. There are lots, and I like it. Especially print_r(). That function is my new best friend.

Anywaysss, I added a person-count thing where previously the users had to go to a different screen to get the pertinant data; I snag it for them at put it on the screen where they need the data. Aw yeah.

Zzzzz Smugmug extension ready for release

I've basically finished the initial public offering of the Smugmug extension, but I am not going to send it to smugmug before I

1. sleep

2. wake up

3. remove my API key and DB access info from the source

4. post the source to my wiki

5. delete the source from my wiki/extensions

6. pretend I'm new to the code and install it from my wiki, updating my wiki to reflect the directions that I would like to have had
