Energy work with Romi

Just did a "reconnection" energy session with Romi from my meditation class. I don't know if that's the right name of the work, but I enjoyed it.

Completely relaxed, I lay down, and she didn't touch me physically. Great feeling of warmth over my body as she worked on various parts. Worked is not the right word; at one point I had a knowing that this is easy. I don't even need her in order to draw this energy into my body, and she's not using any effort per se, just intention.

I floated between consciousness and sleepin', just gliding along the line. Her outer experience of 40 minutes seemed like 20 to me. At the end, my whole body was tingling, and quite clearly I had not been in it the whole time. At one point during the session I felt waves of wigglations that I associate with my astral body returning to my physical.

Good times. Good times.

No party with Ami

I felt really afraid to tell Ami "I don't want to go" to the two year anniversary party at her friend's bar. I kept thinking it will be all smokey and I don't know anyone there (except I know the owner's name, but if I saw him on the street I wouldn't recognize him), etc etc.

Finally Ami gave me the out and I accepted and then I wavered and finally she left without me. I cried for about 2 seconds and then sent her an email. basically "thank you / I'm sorry / take your time / I trust you / I love you".

She emailed back "no prob" and we subsequently planned to meet for dinner at the curry place near Motosumiyoshi station.

The first thing I did was finish another canvas, and call it "Warp Fields," in honor of Atlantean Secrets tetralogy.

Reading

Then I finished Volume 4 of Atlantean Secrets and now reading "The Reconnection" by Dr Eric Pearl, which was indefinitely loaned to me by Romi; it's from this guy that she learned her energy healing technique.

Snot

But that's not why I'm writing. My nose has been going *crazy* with snot pouring out (it seems to have stopped now that I got up to write these past journal entries, but.

I find it interesting especially because right now my left nostril is clear, while my right nostril is hopelessly clogged. Usually it's reversed, which included before the healing session with Romi, and I remember because I specifically mentioned my sinus as something that I'd like to have healed.

(( basically I said one of my nostrils is always blocked, usually it's my left nostril that's blocked while my right one is clear. Sometimes it switches, and some-sometimes I notice a transition period during which both of them are semi-working / semi-blocked. I wonder if it's like a marble rolling back and forth, blocking one or the other. ))

So, I find it (*) odd that now my left nostril is clear, and my right is not just blocked, but actively producing copious quantities of snot.

(*) I had to get up to blow my nose or drip snot on my shirt.

It's not the highest rate of snot that one of my nostrils has ever produced in the history of mankind, but it's the most that one of them has produced in recent memory.
