Entries this day: Fred_phone_card Girl_at_Krispy_Kreme Shibuya_includes_Fred! Zzzzz_Fred Fred phone card 9:05am JST Thursday 25 December 2008 (day 14155) I adhered Fred's phone card to the bottom of the leftmost green phone near GREEN FARM on the way out of ½Âë station just a moment ago. Well, several moments, most of which were filled with walking briskly to Krispy Kreme to meet Tariq, and the last one of which (before starting this entry) were spent saying "HI~!" with a flirtatious smile to one of four girls at my preferred table (it's near an electric outlet) who was overtly smiling at me as I walked in. But, in the 4 minutes that it took to write all that, not another word nor glance has been exchanged. permalinkGirl at Krispy Kreme 11:10am JST Thursday 25 December 2008 (day 14155) About 10 minutes after Tariq left, I caught the girl looking over at me, so I smiled back, and when I left, gave her a U-Cow card, though U-Cow was left chillin' at work, so no pics of her with Cow. I didn't even try to explain the card / cow, but wrote "Merry Christmas! ¤Þ¤¿¡¡Ï©Éð" on the bottom. She was like, "Thank you! Very very thank you!" I smiled inside and smiled "thank you" and "bye bye" to her as I left. permalinkShibuya includes Fred! 5:29pm JST Thursday 25 December 2008 (day 14155) Actually he hasn't arrived yet (hasn't called me), but my internal alarm is going off (and he chatted me from the airport);. I'm leaving work and goin' to Shibuya Station! 6:01pm JST Woooohooooo!!! permalinkZzzzz Fred 10:52pm JST Thursday 25 December 2008 (day 14155) First order of business after a quick recap at the green phones: bought Fred a train pass from Motosumiyoshi to Shibuya. Ate a snacky dinner in Dotour while watching people pouring out of the trains. Lots of people. Lots and lots of people. And more people. Not so many people. This is Shibuya. Ami came over for a bit and brought food! Bananas, apples, oranges, granola and soy milk! Bless her. She couldn't stay for long, but said HI and bye as Fred arranged presents under my desk. (R: "But where will my feet go?" A: "On your bed!" F: "It's only 2 days; you'll get over it.") Fun fun fun chattin' with Fred. To keep him awake for a bit, I had Fred play Tokyo2 (text adventure game) as I took a few more snaps of MT3. 11:38pm JST Fred's snorin' like a walrus. permalinkprev day next day |
