Beach bounce

Woke up again at 6am and zoomed down to the beach for a barefoot bouncin' runnin' rock hoppin' jaunt. Not an adventure, really, but just about 20 minutes alternating between bursts of energy and listening to my breath panting. At the moment, I can't really think of a way to... oh I know; I have an alarm set on my phone for 6:45am that says "'mon back," meaning "gotta head up to the house and get to work." I was pretty much panted out by 6;43, and was back at my bicycle before the alarm went off.

I headed out that direction at around 6:15, I imagine, so it took 30 minutes to get puffed out. (That's a phrase I learned from Jax in OZ. hahahah puffed out.) Okay, so anyway, let's keep an eye on that number and see if my endurance goes up to a nicely bigger number.

I took the nice train to work this morning, er, that is I am taking the nice train to work this morning, but it doesn't seem to be taking us anywhere past 藤沢（ふじさわ）, ah nevermind; we're moving again.

It doesn't go to Shibuya though; this one goes to Tokyo so I'll have to change in Shinagawa... Almost worth the 500 yen... I think I'll keep doing it for a while though.. Yesterday I saw a nearly empty train rolling up to the platform up to which I'd like to be rolled, right around the time I got there via crowded Tokaido and Yamanote Lines. I don't know of a way to ask the train from where it came to see if I coulda used it.

Pretty okay day at work today; Alfonz and I hope we can get my little project finished by this week, hopefully by tomorrow, during which I'd like to extend a mootools class (therefore in Javascript); I've extended plenty of classes, but never in Javascript so gotta learn a bit of new syntax but I think I understand it already.

Soness had a rough day at work yesterday (feels that she's been misled for 4 months), so we stayed up a bit late talking. After my work, I had a lesson with Gen in Gakugeidaigaku (he's translating to Japanese the 3rd book in _Getting Things Done_ series) during which Soness called. I didn't answer, but met up with her in Yokohama (by virtue of her train being late (apparently a car was in a crossing with the RR crossing arms down)) so I got to listen to her story (t'was a doozy) on the train, and we bought some healthy + comforty food on the way home.

Dinner of beef-bacon (fried shabushabu), eggs, toast plus hollendaise (sp) sauce that she made by hand! Amazing and yummy!

She spoke with her friend Christine via Skype, though she wasn't able to offer a magic pill for Soness. Some things just are the way they are.
