Alfonza, Nate, and I went to my favorite local sushi place for lunch today. I brought my own chopsticks and an extra set that Nate used. Alfonzo had to kill part of a tree.

When we left, it was raining a bit. I walked all the way straight back; they took a taxi about half the way. The storm was impressive for a moment, but not long enough to make me run for shelter.

Zoomed out of work right after 7pm; I was having a crunchy time trying to find a mootools 1.2 compatible pop-up date picker that would float above the screen. I found all the right parts but not as one package, and couldn't, in the amount of time available today, get them all working together. I wonder if Alfonzo can do it.

Tonight was the first Pink Cow staff party in two years, so I'm happy I got to go! Was held at Traci's apartment vaguely near Shibuya, and featured a lot of the same peeps I see at The Cow, but without interrupting cows "mooooooo!!" who have questions of various sorts.

Didn't learn everyone's name, but enjoyed a conversation ranging from linguistics to religion and back again, plus lots of yummy food! Didn't get to see Moonie much, though I stayed *just* long enough that we passed at the front door. "Hi and bye!" I had hoped to chat longer with her, but we'll have to save it for another night.

Right now I'm in the back right hand window seat in car 3 of #15 Homeliner from Tokyo to Odawara. Got on in Shinagawa, and someone sat next to me after not too long. Turns out pretty much every seat is full so I guess it's not surprising. And she's pretty cute so no worries.

But, I'm going to sleep instead of anything else.

I have a great idea, though. I'm going to sleep and leave my keys on the keyboard and try to type on occassion / stream of thought / see what happens. I'll just finish this paragraph and put everything that comes next down in <pre> tags. Here we go.

Eyes are closed now and I just realized I forgot to set my alarm to make sure I weake up by
Chigasaki, but I'm sure it'll be okay.  I mean I haven't yet ridden past it.  I Haha my brain just
went to sleep for a miute in the middle of my senteence.  This is going to be great great fun.
