Kiko Ani (or is it Ani Kiko?) is the artist I formerly knew as Kiko. I've really been enjoying her music recently. I wrote her a little note and she replied today; she'll be releasing some more music next year; yay!!!

Nate and Alfonzo have been distracted with other things, so I've basically been working autonomously for two days. Alfonzo has told me what to work on, but not been there to answer detailed questions.

Lesson with Emiko today was funny. She didn't have too much to talk about, but she said she likes to listen. I talked some but tried to ask some questions of her. Not realllllly sure what she wants from lessons, though. I hope she's getting what she needs.
