AM meditation

At 7:45am my alarm chimed and I was like, "erm," and went back to slizzle, but then I heard Soness getting up upstairs so I sat up and began my meditation, setting my timer for 21 minutes (1 minute to get settled, 20 minutes to breathe). She came down before the timer finished and carefully didn't talk before I opened my eyes and greeted her with "Good morning!" Until then, I remained conscious of my breath, posture, and crown chakra as much as possible.

In some kinda private situation with Sabina, and discussed the possibility of kissing her, given the great age difference, and she was like, "I know how to kiss!" and was like "really?" and she goes, "yeah!" in a kinda way that said, "of course!" and "let's do it!" and "why didn't you ask before?" so we kissed and it was really lovely and gentle, lasting for just a few seconds. Then we sat back, Hmmm that was nice, and went back at it for a bit until I woke up.

Tammy and I were in a new apartment after a long long time apart, and we decided it would be nice to reconnect and discussed things through a bit and decided we should start with intercourse so I stripped and lay down on the bed, and she put on her one piece swim suit to prepare, then remembered I wanted to drink her pee so she was all "oh yeah, that," and began the process of removing her swim suit. I was like, "can't you just stretch the bottom bit to one side?" and she goes, "yeah I guess I could," but kept taking it all the way off, starting from the top. I closed my eyes and she climbed on top and started to pee just as I opened my eyes and she was like, "drink it" in kindof a gruff voice that surprised me but even more surprised that I was able to drink it all without spilling, even though it was so much.

Did Morning Pages this morning on the train, from 8:45am to 9:00am. This morning is the first time I've written morning pages since summer or fall last year, but Soness is leading The Artists Way as a workshop in Takadanobaba for the next 11 Wednesdays (with a two Wednesday break in February), so I figured I can charge forward with the group. Gotta getta copy of the book again. Maybe there will be one at Good なんとか Books in 恵比寿.

began US for Okinawa

tonight was the inagural night of a group of 12 who named ourselves US for Okinawa, with long term goal of bringing peace to the world by reducing the world's military forces. Short term goal to let Hatoyama know that there are non-Japanese who are also opposed to US military moving/expanding its bases in Okinawa.

My personal belief includes ideas that only people who make money from war actually want war. The rest of us just want peace and maybe some quiet while we're at it.

First action will be in Yoyogi Park on Sunday January 31st. Meeting at 1pm near the fountains and then we'll have a media action event at 2pm.
