Class

10:20am ICT Wednesday 23 June 2010 (day 14700)

Today is the last day to learn new sequences. Face massage.

4:31pm ICT Wednesday 23 June 2010 (day 14700)

Traded face massages with my preferred Marie in the morning, and then after lunch traded freestyle thai massage with Lars. He did chest, both arms, and one side for me in an hour and a half. I did his legs and back for him, including my full body weight on his back. (it started with my kneeling body weight on his back, then Air standing on his back, and then me standing on his back.)

Lars showed me a couple of pressure points around the knees.

Leo lives on the 4th floor of the building in which he works giving thai massage on the second floor. He's apparently quite good, though I've not had a treatment by him.

10:44pm ICT Wednesday 23 June 2010 (day 14700)

Got home from 5-7pm class with just a bit of sweat. Got into the shower to remove the sweat, and when I got out, I heard water pouring outside. Hmmm. Then it slowed so I hopped on my bike (Orange Number 2) and it started pouring. I was utterly soaked by the time I got to Shane and Shawn's old guesthouse to ask about the restaurant I wanted to find.

They didn't know, but they did know the names of the bridges, and I realized I had turned right when I shoulda turned left, because I did *not* know the names of the bridges. (now I do, or at least do a little bit more)

Arrived just exactly at 8pm, but thought I was super late.

Brooke wasn't there. I was like, "whut???" and then "what time is it?" to the woman who had greeted me. Ah; just 8pm. She arrived a bit late because her taxi picked up the passengers from a different taxi that had become immobile for some reason.

Brooke and I are both from North America, both concerned about exploitation of people, and both reading existential books (if that's the right word). _The Power of Now_ by Tolle for her (though she preferred _Be Here Now_ by Ram Dass), and _Tantra Vision: The door to nirvana_ for me.

However, there is a point for which we're total opposites: she's allergic to bananas.
