Herbal compression

Today was the herbal compress class, which featured everyone from the beginner class (including our teacher Air), except Lars was replaced by our new teacher Dot.

Class included slicing ginger, tamarin, and mixing in about 10 things total, including methol, salt, and two other crystals. Our hands were stained yellow by the tamarin, and we had a great time.
