Dream Fred

climbing down a slightly treacherous area with my bicycle, I came across some wet concrete, so knew we couldn't ride there as the workers were still lurking about the place. Fred saw something amiss, however, and climbed down onto the wet surface, and with little dainty footsteps that left the rebar slightly visible in their wake, walked across the concrete to the middle and looked up. He pulled something down and safely off the concrete, and then people helped him jump down into a big bucket. Everyone was supportive of his efforts and not mad about the concrete being messed up. I don't know what he did for them, though.

Today I'm going to give an hour massage at Yogasan to one of Paola's friends, and then yoga lesson with Paola.

SoMLA

1. Johnny has been at Momoko's for some time; he's gotten some new clothes and I'm looking forward to seeing him freshly dressed!

2. I just reenabled offline accesss for Gmail

3. The Chairapy website doesn't have the Chairapy logo at the top

4. I need to contact someone about branding + trademarking the name and logo

5. Joel, Jaime, Soness, and I are residents at Chez Soness. Girls upstairs, and boys downstairs.

6. We're all looking for (more) work, though Soness has got a few things going on, and I've got my OM weekend job + the beginnings of Chairapy.

7. U-Cow hasn't been outside in a while. Today included.

8. I've got a lesson scheduled with Emiko tonight, and had one scheduled with Ami on Sunday, but realized I'll be busy. Still need to reschedule with her.

9. I've just written business-related emails to Tariq, Claire, and Nate. But I had to do it in emacs because Offline Gmail, though fully synced, isn't letting me save messages locally. blah.

Yoga

Massaged Masaki, whose back has had problems for 3 years. He and I attended yoga lesson with Paola together, along with Rin, with whom I had planned to climb Mt Fuji in September. I'm not sure I can go, though, because of weekend work. But when I saw her I was like, hmmmm; maybe I *can* go, after all! but have pretty much decided not to in the end, so it's all good.

The yoga lesson was challenging, as always, and I kinda overstretched my right quad. Hmmm.

In her kitchen after class, Paola told me some reallly interesting stories about her adventures in India. Wow. Guru seeking sounds interesting!

Lesson with Emiko was pretty great; she basically paid for the lesson *and* bought our dinner. I was like, "naw naw" repeatedly, trying to give her various amounts of money repeatedly, but she turned me down each time, and finally said, "once you're rich you can pay me back."

Fair enough.

We went walking around near the moat and a water fountain I had never previously seen. There were lots of mosquitoes so we didn't stay long.

Saw some pics from Tokyo circa 1914; they were pretty cool.

Open Feint has a Daily Free Game app, which on first glance seems to just have lite versions of apps for free, so it's not really freer than it woulda been. But I downloaded a fun game called Underground Rollercoaster or something. The coaster does crazy flips and shiz in the air. Funny.
