今朝沢山トマトを見つけた。写真を反映した。This morning I found a lot of tomatoes so I posted a picture.

今日、いい天気だから窓を開けて鳥たちの音を聞く。 Today the weather is nice so I opened my window and can hear birds singing.

After the Japanese lesson, I offered to help my teacher with some English questions. She said it was interesting to see how serious I was when teaching English versus how goofy I am while studying Japanese. (goofy is my term; I forgot what she said.)

• Reach out to men.
• Building relationship as a bridge to teambuilding.
• Find the sprouts and water the sprouts.
• Use the corporate structure to keep things moving correctly, but don't get lost in the corporate structure.
• Acknowledge what I need and ask for that help.
