reboot fixed usb yay

Actually I am writing this before the reboot. Let's see...

The reboot didn't help, but turning off one of my USB cameras helped. Hard to know what is causing the issue.

It seems like it might be this USB 4-splitter I got. What types of things would cause it to suddenly fail?
