excitedly introducing marble track 3

I am sketching out my plan for presenting Marble Track 3 to people online today at 9:30 my time.

Predictably, responses to the video were in two main camps.

"awesome" ###

"wasted time" ###

Some people were like "How did you make it??"

Well, start with a wooden base, then put two sticks on it to act as guideways for marbles. Here is one of the end points for large marbles

Hmmm these pictures don't really show every detail. Wow wouldn't it be cool to have a video where each piece of the track just appeared in place? It would just seem to 3D print itself.

Nah; that would not look realisitic..

Here are some behind the scenes bits of the first time

I lost the images, camera, camera holder, and we moved.

I learned a lot from making the first video. I want to have a rotating stage, a better camera mount, and a real camera.

I tried to make a camera holder

Fortunately, I decided to splurge and get a real tripod.

great time introducing marble tracks 1, 2 and 3

Super great time today sharing about MT3; about 15 people attended, plus all three of Maggie's girls!

In the first 30 minutes I introduce Marble Track 3, and the last 30 minutes Maggie and them introduce Marble Tracks 2 and 1. Super great to have their support!
