The contact dance event today was like heaven. In four hours, we went from meditative breathing, noticing breath in our chest and hara, to dynamic playful movement in small groups of undulating bodies.

We were at a rally and wanted to play ultimate at night; it was actually already Saturday during the time I was preparing for the rally and it wasn't enough time to do everything I got my disc to play somewhere else and when the youth saw I was carrying the disc they were excited about playing ultimate and I was wondering in my mind when we would have time to do that.

Instead of turning purple in the sun the disc turned purple where I was holding it.

I'm headed early (9:15) to SOGO to meet a man who contacted me after hearing about MKP Japan. He also mentioned being interested in Wim Hof's work so perhaps we'll talk about that as well.

Gratitude in advance as well for my fingers catching the disc properly in this cold weather!

Christian and I met at 9:15 and threw his 160 gram disc for about an hour total. Anuj and Kono each joined us when they arrived before SOGO started.

We played right up until Emi shouted "good morning" to the SOGO group today.

'twas quite clear that Christian has better accuracy and more variety of throws than I do.

My fingers did pretty well, with only minor bruising on the tips of my middle finger and ring finger on my right hand.

Beautiful weather for SOGO today. Over 100 people in attendance, nearly all with masks. I met Saki who said she and her sister were entertained by my crazy dancing last week.

Today is the day I ran toward the middle of the big grass field instead of to the rocky area around the tree. My bare feet chose not to bear the rocks today!
